Wizard of Oz

Caroline acted as the stage manager to Gateway Center of Performing Arts’ production of “The Wizard of Oz”. The show ran from December 18th until the 21st at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center under the direction of Paul Pagano, music direction of Lori Barrett-Pagano, and choreography of Stephanie Fox.

The show, which was sponsored aptly by Purina, also employed the help of Berloni Theatrical Animals and On the Fly Pros. Caroline was responsible for calling flying, sound, transition, and projection cues as well as operating the light board.

GCPA hosted over 200+ students for an invited student matinee before running for 5 shows. The run was almost entirely sold out and audiences remarked that the show is “an absolute marvel”.
